                                                              i.      To inform the Commissioner of Education that The Study Committee has determined that the formation of a RED is inadvisable at this time

                                                            ii.      To inform the Commissioner the Study Committee recommends the formation of a RED.

                                                          iii.      To inform the Commissioner of Education that The Study Committee has determined that the formation of a RED is inadvisable at this time; however, the Study Committee will make specific recommendations to the CSSU Board to address areas of increasing collaborative services for the purpose of improving educational outcomes.
