As Equinox team members, together we will strive to . . . know one another well, be stewards for the earth, toil through problems, and build upon shared experiences. Our school year will begin with community building and with an in-depth study of the upcoming election and branches of government. As well, our time will be spent exploring physical science, including matter and change. We will also investigate closely different aspects of Vermont, cultural diversity and life science. Of course, literacy and math will be a big part of every day on Equinox Team. Other highlights include opportunities for public speaking, discovering personal learning styles, exploring different technologies and solving problems.
