Family and consumer science education prepares students for home and work life. Science and math become real as students work with hands on activities. Areas covered are Life Planning, Nutrition, Wellness and Food Science, Food Preparation, Consumer and Resource Management, Textiles, and Sewing.
The two areas of Health education addressed are Nutrition and Sexuality.
