Ethical & Human Issues, Word Processing The Task: Students will use a word
processor to create a product regarding the safe, legal and ethical behaviors
among peers and community regarding the use of technology and
information. In doing so, they
will define, defend and give examples of the use of copyright/fair use
guidelines as well as accuracy and relevancy of information. Rationale: It is critical that all students know and can
articulate in their own way the “benefits and dangers,” the “rights and
wrongs” of using technology. Students’ ability to use their creativity to
communicate a strong message to their peers regarding safe, legal and ethical
behaviors of using technology is an essential skill in the 21st
century. |
